Anyone managed to get the hallween event to work? I cant get the quest from Maurice. Only regular NPC dialogue with that guy

Mash esc + e during loading screen until you successfully load in. Weird, but works.

If you are having the lectra city problem, just mash esc + e during the loading until you successfully load in. I know this seems like a strange fix, but its the only thing that worked for me. Found the solution on reddit.
