I installed all updates before 1.03. I install 1.03 and nothing happens. My game is still 1.02.3

I backed up the save (C:Users%USERNAME%Saved GamesGod of War), updated it, started a new game, replaced the save files and it didn’t help, I lost all my progress. can anyone help?
