Look for epic_emu.ini in the game files and open it. There will be a line that says language=en, change en for es and save.

That happens when the crack it’s not applied. The crack is in the folder named CODEX that appears when you mount de .iso. Also when you open de .exe to install the game there is an option to automatically crack the game.
