Uninstall, I have a decent rig and the constant stuttering and fps is huge no for me. Lazy developers! Only Santa Monica Studio and FromSoftware got my money this year so far,, shitty performance = no money from me

Hi folks, how to change to dx11 manually? I tried doing it via ingame settings then restart but it still loads in dx12.
