That is a strange issue. Let’s try this approach:

Go back to your v1.06 batch file inside of your X:Cyberpunk 2077
game folder and Right-click on: cyberpunk_2077_gog_reg_v1.06.bat
and then click […]

So it’s making sure to delete any 1.05 leftover and add 1.06 batch, I exactly tried like you said, but still the same. Here’s when it crashes:
