Disregard my previous reply, it works with steamclient_loader.exe, not DW9Emp.exe. Weird.

OK the problem solved. I Rolled back Redeon driver to older version to 22.10. 1 .The 22.2.2 is the problem.

The solution for all downloads I use is
google: all debridCheap subscription and almost every premium file download is yours.
