When you first open the game, choose the Microsoft login option to the left. The log-in screen will spin for a second then give you the unable to sign in box. Click OK and it will load to the game properly.
If you have already chosen the Steam option to the right, It will spin at the login screen for ever. To fix this, go to C:\Users\(Your User)\AppData\Local\Augusta\Saved\Config\WinGRTS, and delete the GameUserSettings. That will re-activate the option at the loading screen to choose the Microsoft login option to the left.
