Hey, I did all this but now the voices are missing! There are all sounds except NPC voices. Can you please help with this?

Commenting this again because couldn’t find my comment. There are no voices in this version! I tried checking speaker settings and it is all fine. I changed voices to English from INI config. What to do now? Please help.
