1.0.8 solved my save loading problem. just down load the “spitem.xml ” file that codex provided. i’ll test out 1.0.9 . apparently there’s a bug near Onira where battle fought there crashes.
Some of you are asking for bug fixes in here. You should remember that these guys are only cracking the game, the developers are the one that should be fixing those bugs.

To everyone having issues with crashing when clicking Campaign or loading a save game, I managed to fix it for me.
1- Download the latest full release here (In my case it was 1.0.7);
2- Delete the one on your computer completely;
3- Delete the folder “C:\ProgramData\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord”;
4- Backup your saves from “C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\OneDrive\Documentos\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord”;
5- Delete the folder “C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\OneDrive\Documentos\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord”, this one is easily accessible through the Documents shortcut on files explorer;
6- Copy the downloaded release to your desired folder, like D:Games or whatever;
7- Download the latest Update + Crack from here, in my case it was 1.0.9+ Crack, then extract it on your game folder and replace the needed files.
That’s it, I managed to fix my game that way, was crashing for the last 4 patches (1.0.6, 1.0.7, 1.0.8 and 1.0.9), couldn’t load nor start a new campaign, every time it crashed to desktop as soon as l clicked “Campaign” or “Load” buttons. Hope this can help someone else out there. And big thanks again to Skidrow for the super fast patches releases.

There’s going to be a main version on steam and a side beta version that will be implemented as main after a week (and an alpha in the future).
There’s a good chance the scene people won’t be bothering constantly updating two/three versions of the game just for a week.
So you might have to wait for changes on the main version here, and never see the one week early beta version.

Disable AV when downloading cracked games. I had to download 2 times v1.0.0, and this is 3rd time I download (v.1.1.0) and I’m okay with it. First download didn’t work, second download worked. All updates worked for me, had only one crash on v1.0.2.

Didn’t have a single crash on any of the 1.0.x versions, and only slight lags on massive battles.
I started a new campaign on 1.1.0, lagging like hell on 12 unit battles, crashed after the 3rd battle.
What a shit crash fixing this has been.
Like someone said up there, it might be worth to wait for main stable steam versions, and ignore these betas.

Everything works good, had no problems running the game, no crashes.
For those who have trouble with frame drops, look at the options /setting, because they might reset with update.
Launcher is not disabled, you might want to look at properties and see if there is something to tick on bottom right corner. Can you lunch the game from bannerlord.exe just fine?
For those who have patch problems, are you 900% sure that you went through instructions? There are 2 parts of compressed file, they need to be in the same directory (eg. downloads) and click on one and then extract them in one folder. Required files contain 5277 files. Update folder contains 1 setup and 4 *.bin files. Crack folder contains 3 files.
Updates are done in the installation folder, (eg. E:\Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord), there you will see 10 or 11 folders, like BIN and MODULES. You need to overwrite them from the update folder.
Links are there, when you open link filecrypt, under the name of the file “Mount and Blade II Bannerlord-Early Access…” stands a drop-down menu where you can choose what provider you want.

I can. I have been playing it for a couple of hours, no CTD (crash to desktop), no bugs, no problems at all. All I did was following every step of instructions. There are few of my comments that might help someone if having some problems.
One thing, I did download the game 3 times. One of those was 1.1.0 version, and it DIDN’T work, but I applied patch over 1.0.10 version and it worked.
There is 2x Patch 3.bin with (?), I dont know how to install that, instruction isn’t that simple

Hello, I downloaded the full 1.1 torrent, but game doesnt launch. Bannerlord_Native works, but Bannerlord.exe doesnt open, no errors tho, any ideas? been using all updates from this site but this is the first time this happened.
The update (e1.1.0-b) didn’t work for me. after 10 min of patching it says “couldn’t find file” (or something like that) and then it starts the rollback.
unzipped the two parts using 7.rar and have tried several times to update (previous update was 1.0.8)….. Any ideas?
Downloaded the 1.1.0 torrent in its entirety, and like with the previous version, running the Bannerlord.Native.exe works but the launcher does not. Unlike that version tho, this also seems to have stopped Bannerlord.exe from running.
Applying the e1.1.0-b update + CRACK had no positive effects. The Banner.Native.exe still launches (but gives an error about an older shader) but immediately crashes if I try to load a game. Starting a new game works until I try to exit to the world map, whereupon it becomes permanently stalled on the loading screen.
Not complaining, mind you! Simply reporting my experience here in case other find it helpful. Thanks for all the updates and keep up the good work, y’all!

U da best man, but one thing when i downloaded the 1.10 full game doesnt need to patch yup, but when i started it was still v1.0.10 and native v1.0.0, so ive just followed the instructions for my other 1.0.10 game and it started to patch. My question is when i download the full 1.1.0 here ofc it doesnt need to patch but what should i do, put only the crack(folder3) or the (folder 1) too, because again the full 1.1.0 starts in v1.0.0 and v1.0.10. You install mods same as you would install with Steam. Either you use theyr installer (on Nexusdb) or manually copy the Mod files to the Modules folder. Then you start the TaleWorld.Mountandblade.Launcher.exe (not the Bannerlord.exe) and there is the Tab to choose mods which should be visible from the Modules folder you copied them to.
I know this have been already stated but i want to say its the same for me, download both links, extract, copy the folder 1 and replace. Start Patching, program says directory and fiels ok and 30 min into patching “error required files missing, rolling back patching”
For me was error too but u can play with it im fine now. The other thingwhich bother me is that when u download the full 1.1.0 from here it still says 1.0.0 when u launch it and even if u patch it u cant because it says its current 🙂

How do you install this patch? I have moved required files into the game folder, opened patch.exe choose install directory to my bannerlord game and it says: file not found mismatch error.

Hey, all instructions followed, but getting error when updating, “required files not found”. Then rollback. Required files, both parts are extracted in the same folder and pasted in install folder, so something is wrong. Ty 😛

go to dir 1 winrar required files into the same dir

aplay the update (it will take long time…)
go to dir 3 copy the crack files to \Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client
recomandad to do a backup to the game dir before you start… esp the save dir.

@frosmor @NervoERD So i tried as frosmor mentioned here and i get the same “Required files not found” error. That was extracting to shipping client folder. Now redownloading the part1,2 files, i noticed the first one was 1.0.10 . When i redownloaded it was the right 2nd part, but when extracting those winrar does not prompt for part 2, so did it manually in same folder. As i said still same error, as much stuff going on, ill just wait till tomorrow, so should comment section so a mod can fix this .. Luv u Codex <3

I’ve even tried to install the unpatched game (1.0.0) and then the required files but problem is the same – missing files after 20 min paching.
I’ve done the installation correctly, but the game seems to just load forever. I even tried making a new game and I got through the training without a problem, but the loading screen after the tutorial training will just forever load. Anyone with the same issue who was able to find a fix?

I am sorry to ask, but I just want clarification. The install process is to:
1. Download the new version or the update
2. Extract the .rar to wherever
3. Cut/Paste the extracted files over the already installed game files, choose overwrite when prompted.
Is there a process after installing the files to “patch” using a game client or whatever after?
Is there a way to confrim that the install worked and the new version is being played?

the patcher needs to find some file at :\Games\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Native\TileSets\gtex_files where some files that needs to be patched are not found
and it doesn’t in the required files rar or the earlier version patch or fulldownload
which is why it always failed to patch

When you download the full 1.1.0 game don’t update it just put the crack(the 3 steam files)! Don’t put the required files + patch, only crack!
Tried standalone patch on 1.0.8 release. Copied the required files over and replaced them (step 1). Installed update (step 2). Got a hash error. Tried running as admin, same error.
Tried using 1.1.0 torrent. Started the game without standalone patch game doesn’t start. Copied and replaced required files (step 1). Tried to install update (step 2), installer says “Application in this directory is current version (already updated)!”. Copied and replaced crack (step 3). Game finally starts but I get an error before game starts “Your object shader cache version is old. Deleting the shader cache. Please get the new shader cache. For information, you can look at the ‘shader system’ documentation.” Main game screen loads and starting a new campaign I can get into tutorial but when loading the main game scene the loading screen is stuck in an infinite loop (Horse keeps running in bottom right forever). Task manager always says there is CPU usage while this is happening.
I have updated video drivers, net framework etc.
If you put the required files and then try to patch the full v1.1.0 game, u will mess up everything with the required files! So don’t do that, just download the full v1.1.0 game and then only crack it copy/paste only the 3 STEAM FILES!!! The full game v1.1.0 is already patched hahahha are you blind people, it needs only the DAMN CRACK!!!
Ok i fixed it. I used the torrent files and copied only the crack files over. I cant run the game with the bannerlord exe but i can with bannerlord.Native.exe
And can u run it from the launcher??
No I cant. TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher.exe doesnt work or any of the other exe. Only Bannerlord.Native.exe works
it worked for me since patch 1.0.3 to b1.10 without any crashes or errors and the same save data, but the game itself(1.0.0) it was in another page that i downloaded, I use this site only to regularly patch the game since then
It says that object shader cache is old even tho I downloaded this 1.1.0 torrent tried copying only the crack to the game then it wont start at all
I have updated everything, looks fine. But have a new problem. When i enter in game and try to load my file first i get message ‘This save’s version doesnt correspond to current games version. Proceed with caution’ (Options 1-cancel 2-ok) . After i press ok it shows me another message.. ‘Do you want to load the save game with different modules’ (Options 1-no 2-yes). Whatever I choose nothing happens and i cant enter 🙁 Sry for english please help. Enjoy on playing 🙂

Hi , i downloaded the first file ” Mount and Blade II Bannerlord v1.1.0-Early Access.torrent ” but there is no launcher? i have only folders like ” bin , data , ecc”, Can someone help me pls?
Everything worked fine until e1.0.9. I was not able to update to e1.0.10. I downloaded e1.1.0b yesterday but like the others, even if i followed the instructions by copying the required files to my game directory. The update prompts that i don’t have the required files and it rolls back to the previous version. I don’t know what i’m doing wrong. I’ll keep playing on 1.0.9 but hopefully someone will find a solution. Thanks for the effort Skidrowcodex.
The big question is: Copying the “required files” FOLDER or whats inside that folder over the game files in order to work? (i already copied whats inside the folder and is not working and messed up the game files without making backup and now i only have that and the full version of 1.1.0 from this site which is not launching)
Whats inside the folder not the folder. Copy/paste the bin and the module folders.

Are you downloading the multiple parts for the first time?
Download Part 1 and 2. Right click on part 1 and extract it with winrar. Part 1 and 2 will be automatically extracted.

I just finish updating my game to 1.1.0.
you just need to extract the part 1 and part 2 at the same time at the same folder
then follow the instruction
1- Copy the required files to the game folder. (folder-1)
2- Install “e1.1.0-beta update” (folder-2)
3- Apply Crack. (folder-3)
4- Play.
Yeah i get the instruction clear, succesffully did copy the required files then start patching. here comes the problem it’s said that i dont have enough space in disk ? lmao i have like 600gb free space. anyway thx for replying. im actually done with this game
I did everything right as it should. I even deleted the game completely and downloaded it again, followed the instructions and on the patch application after 1 hour i get [Error! Chosen directory doesn’t have required files for patching!] the required files (bin and modules ) were replaced beforehand and the directory is set for the game folder not just any file in it
@8uzzard yup. The files were in rar so i extracted the bin, module and skidrow folders inside the required folder. After that i i went to folder 3 to execute the update set-up and configured the directory to the Mount and Blade 2 directory. The update kept saying that required files were missing and rolls me back the the previous version. Basically, im stuck at Skidrowcodex’ step 2 instruction.
Download the full game v1.1.0 then from the update folder only take the crack! Dont put the required files in the already patched v1.1.0 full game, you will messed up everything and you’ll have to re download it again…
Dont even try updating this patch, we checked, its for 100% broken, everyone has the same problem, Error! Chosen directory doesn’t have required files for patching. Just wait till they fix it with new patch, Skidrow is God. Still, this patch is messed up.

Seems a lot of ppl have problem with patch, for me works all well! so i post what i did, maybe i can help someone:
1 – Download all 2 file .rar
2 – put both file on desktop and extract the first one (the bigger one), rename it _(becouse the second rar has the same name), then extract the second rar on desktop ( so u have both file on desktop)
3 – open both folders go to required files and extract it ( both on the same folders rar1 and rar2) then open the first Required file on the bigger rar, and take all the file inside on ur game folder, :E/games/bannerlord ecc.
4 – return on the first rar. and click on patch-exe, u need to select the game folder ( C:/games/mountandbladebannerlord ) or where u have the main folder. and click start
after long time (at least for me) its says the game its patched
5 – Copy the crack files on the first rar and put them on C:/games/m&b bannerlord/ Bin / win64_Shipping_Client
then u can play :), if u want to check u have patch correctly u can start the game on launcher. ( u found the .exe launcher on the /win64_shippinh_client , ”TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher

Some feedback:
1 – Turn Antivirus off
2 – I download the full game to the Local disk (C:\Games) – 1st link
3 – Copied the crack from 2nd link and followed the instructions
4 – When editing the SmartSteamEmu.ini file i cant get the Bannerlord.exe to work (nothing happens) but Bannerlord.native.exe does work as someone mentioned before
5 – Execute SmartSteamLoader.exe and it works perfectly
Note1: if the game isn´t in the local disk, patch will show the error people are talking about 😉
Note2: For some reason the patch bugs/breaks when installing, but it might be because i made a mistake idk… the base game wasn´t downloaded from this website maybe?
I overwrited updated torrent link on my previous version of the game. But only working exe is Bannerlord.Native.exe. Launcher doesnt start. Then I tried second link patch+crack. When I patch after putting necessary files at destination it says its already patched and it doesn’t change anything. Maybe next patch Launcher and default exe will work. I am not sure what problem is now.
Can’t update, after copying pre-required files the patcher says my game is updated even tho it’s still 1.0.10

HOW TO PLAY BETA FOLKS!
Note: Your save games should be store in documents, check this 1st
1. Uninstall your current version if you don’t have 1.1.0
2. Download 1.1.0 game from here
3. Download part 1 and 2 of update
4. Unrar part 1, then part 2 in the same folder (this involves overwriting some files)
5. Copy the crack from that folder into “Shipping_client” folder
6. Run game from native
Note: Yes the “required files” and “patcher” is fucking useless dont touch them they fuck it up.
Note: I got a problem i’m 90% is personal, which is walking around on the map gives me fps stutters sadly, but standing still is 60fps constant. GTX 1660, didnt have this problem b4 so i gotta wait for next patch i guess but u guys can finally play 😛
