this is a tricky one to figure out how to update to beta version instead of being alpha. But mine is still working so all good, I can play but I have to deal with the same bugs I had, this game is great, its hella fun but its bug ridden af.

For all of you who has a problem that cant launch via bannerlord.exe or taleword launcher,try this
-right click mount & blade 2 bannerlord folder>click properties>tick off the read only option
-download stream remover software( its only 1mb), open it>click menu>choose remove streams in folder ( choose the bannerlord directory. It will unblock all the files that required to launch
Using this software is necessary if you can unblock it via powershell

I can tell you one think for sure and its working without crashes and without hash errors. Clean 1.0.0 hotfix instal and noooo other mods only install 1.0.0 hotfix then download the 1.1.0 update+crack and then patch this 1.0.0 hotfix. In my case i downloaded the DODI repack which is 24.4GB. Ive install it and then patch it and voila no hash crash no game crashes!

First download works perfectly.. followed the instructions of the patch, patcher tells me game is already updated, required files before updating breaks the game
make sure you extruct requierd files in right place in game wher u can found “bin” and “Modules” folders and accept replace file
before that reinstall or extruct game again its better to be ver 1.0.0
i update it and works fine
+++ patch the game when its a clean install without any update

Just reinstalled all game, now its new version, the problem is, that you cant load the game that you had from 1.0.9ver. when you try to load, it prompts new window, ‘You are trying to load a game from previous version, proceed with caution’. When you press yes, nothing happens, and you can again press load and repeat forever. Any fixes?

Install the DODI repack v.1.0.0 hotfix AND DONT UPDATE IT LEAVE IT LIKE THAT
2. Download the Standalone update+crack.
3. Before starting with the 3 folders, check folder 1 if the archive is blocked if u r using windows 10 of course. Right click on the archive—>properties—>unmark ready-only and unblock.
4. Now u can follow the instructions

Best to see what this hotfix fixes is to start new game and see if the shaders and the skins are still dark and the bodies still fat 🙂 its possible to not see the difference exept for the crash hideout if u use old save, try new game for sure just for test. Oh boy finally my ram is optimized in this game the loading screens faster oh boy oh boy how happy i am now, drinking wine and beating some looters bahahah

Go with beta its more optimized as for ram leaking issue and faster loading screen the pc runs better!
@JJ U download the compressed version a lot faster, but then you need to repack it which takes couple of minutes,
@talal Using the launcher to open the game, if ur Native version is e1.1.0 download beta update, if ur Native version is 1.0.0 download main update

Except to enable mods you gotta use the launcher exe, which is not cracked here, we instead use a different exe to start the game.

Hello. I’ve downloaded and installed the main branch with the UPDATE e1.0.11. The game starts and lets me play the tutorial but, once i’ve done, it won’t start the campaign. Struck on loading screen with the running horse. Anyone having my same problem?

Because making a patch from every beta to every corresponding main, on top of every main to new main and every beta to new beta seems excessive, people should decide if they are running beta or main branch, and stick with it…

remove and add mods . it is related to mods if u have some. try to install the same mods and it will work

1-create a backup save in Documents\Mount and Blade II Bannerlord\Game Saves\Native
2-start a new campaign, could be anything – and save it
3-open the save file for your new campaign in notepad and at the start it should have something like
Code: Select all | Line number On/Off | Expand/Contract

Set download location as game folder.

After updating from 1.1.0 to 1.2.0 Bannerlord Laucher don’t work only Bannerlord.Native work
Please disable Read-Only to game folder, then run the unblock progress.. download via torrent again make some file become read-only and block again.
What do you mean by “Unblock progress” ?
if anyone is wondering about modding i have modded the game from nexus ( manual download) if the launcher isn’t cracked i can still use it and play with the mods. if there is a reason for not doing this id like to know

well… try transfer all mods except one from Modules folder and run game. If game dont crash, add another one and repeat.

Patcher “MB.II.Banner.Patch.e1.1.0.exe” is not working cause it cant detect the game when u browse the game folder. Maybe it works if its sat to C/ProgramFiles.
After update to 1.2.0 beta, please do disable Read-Only and do the Unblock progress again, game work fine.

The torrent speed is way way tooooooooo slow i mean i can’t get anymore speed than 500KB/s , and that’s as a peak only usually i get some where between 50~300KB/S

After some tries i manage to open Bannerlord Laucher but i when I click play nothing happens
go to the gamefolder –> check out the read only option
Windows powershell –> dir C:\”Mount & Blade II Bannerlord” -recurse
that solved the problem for me
(whatever you directory copy in, quote marks for the end path)

this game is so hard to install now. I shouldnt have ever updated… I follow the steps & it keeps crashing on start up. This patch thingy is wack. Its over for me.

I followed the link of the Beta brunch, applying the subsequent patches. when launching the game it detects me missing files, mostly text files. (Crash_tags.txt / Dopo_patch.sav / dump.dump / Engine_config.txt / module_list.txt / rgl_log_13400.txt / rgl_errors_13400.txt / stack.txt / user_config.txt).

I have verified the files and updated to e1.0.11 before trying to patch, so I guess that file is the only problem, is the main branch base game download missing it?.
Nvm, turns out the files in ( Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Modules\Native\Videos ) are dissabled to avoid the intro I guess, you just gotta change their names back to the originals and the patch will detect them, ez.
Guys I must be super dumb or some shit but there are no instructions in the main branch downloads. I downloaded everything from the main branch and did the following:
* Copy/pasted 1.0.11+CRACK, then:
* Copy/pasted 1.0.11 to 1.1.0+CRACK (installer didnt work for me), then:
* Copy/pasted 1.1.0 to 1.1.1+CRACK
Trying to start a new campaign crashes the game. I figure the installer in my second step is mandatory and thats where I go wrong? Any guidance is appreciated.
When I try to use the installer it says the application is already up-to-date which shouldn’t be possible as I didn’t update it to 1.1.0 yet.

As @SKIDROWCODEX said up above somewhere, there will be no update to 1.2.0, only the full release. So I believe you have to download the beta 1.2.0 torrent (in green up there) and install it.

Hi guys. Yesterday, I downloaded the MOUNT AND BLADE II BANNERLORD-EARLY ACCESS + UPDATE E1.1.2 file of 49.9go and played a few hours. I set the performance overall settings to “low” after a while and played a few more hours. Today i tried to launch the game but i have a graphic issue as you can see on the screenshot. Does anyone can help me ? I tried many things such as reboot computer, reinstall drivers…
