After 1 or 2 min i get an error message frome the game and it come back to the main menu. Then i can not play any more. Someone else has this problem?

there is a problem when i run the game from the start menu then the logo appears and the screen of microsoft games or something like that and then closed and after i updates it and open it from AoEDE_s.exe appearing a black screen and nothing happens
