Chernobylite is a Science Fiction Survival Horror RPG from developers Farm 51. If you want to use ray tracing, make a shortcut of the exe, go to the shortcut’s properties, and add -dx12 at the end of target. There’s no ingame option to switch from dx11 to dx12, so you’ll only see ray tracing unavailable. This is done via steam before startup in a legit copy.
