do not update, is a nerf for some attacks
Do update. The nerfs are initial stat modifiers on very few weapons that still end at S, and adds a few additional stats to some of them. It also fixes some instances where the game can’t be completed in New Game+ and things like being stuck in certain terrain.
At least read the update notes before making a wild statement as fact.
