by SKIDROWCODEXAnd the moment all players have been waiting for has arrived. CD Projekt RED has released the first gameplay trailer for Cyberpunk 2077, showcasing the demo that was showcased at this year’s Gamescom 2018 event.
Cyberpunk 2077 is a first-person role-playing game and this trailer will give you an idea of what you can expect from it. As the developers noted, this is WIP and does not represent the quality of the final product. As such, there might be some visual differences between this demo and the final game.
Now I’ll be honest here; Cuberpunk 2077 looks amazing (though there are pretty noticeable graphical glitches/flickers in this build and there is noticeable pop-in of objects while driving). The game features some really spectacular destructible environments and the decision to use a first-person perspective was wise. The attention to detail is extraordinary so we are really curious whether CD Projekt RED will be able to offer this kind of visuals and interactivity in the final version.
The game also targets adult audience as there is nudity, harsh language and blood. I’m pretty sure this will satisfy a lot of gamers so yeah; Cyberpunk 2077 is not a game for the whole family.
There is currently no ETA yet on when the game will release, though we expect a 2020 release.
