The problem is, some changes on 1.1.0 did not appear on patch notes of 1.2.0 (Beta), can someone tell me if BETA 1.2.0 have some changes from 1.1.0 main, like caravans/pottery Nerf ??

You mean update from beta 1.1.0 to main 1.1.0?

– Yes. You will follow the main branch after the update.

Patch 1.2.0 will not be added. Maybe the beta branch can be added as full game and torrent.
