Anyone having trouble? Game seems to freeze more often than not at the initial loading screen or failing that, turning into window mode and freezing. This is new to me.

Just to follow up: initial game loading bar fills up in ~15 seconds, game then goes to game title and freezes.
Any suggestions? It’s constant now. It worked once or twice fast with relatively short load times so now I’m confused (also sad).
No dice still. 10% of the time the game will launch successfully. The problem is the other 90% ; the freeze is bad enough that you have to force restart. You can imagine the annoyance.
I have reinstalled and tried experimenting with installing patch by patch; no luck.
Anyone else having issues?
Only time I have a freezing issue is when I Exit to Windows. Did you try to play in windowed mode/start a new game/play on a lower resolution/V-Sync on-off?
I can’t get into the game to change those options to experiment. 🙁
So I have now tried reinstalling it one patch at a time and the issue is present from the initial install as well as the updates…
