This is the best version to get for non-RTX mods. It has all the DLCs/updates from the deluxe edition and beyond (cept for latest bug/QOL fixes I’m sure. But who even needs those in all honesty when it can play just fine?), but without that stupid RTX shit.
Don’t bother getting the Codex one. That one’s shit.
