This is missing the Julius Caesar leader
Correction; Caesar is in the game files in full, but as it currently stands, you need to link a 2K account to your game at least once for it to recognise him and allow you to play with him. Is there any way a workaround for this can be found?

Is there any workaround for caesar like scout cat which i added in game files for it to work?
