Why doesn’t Bandai release the game at once?

It seems that they didn’t even test the game before launching !!

How to skip the steam part? whenever i start the game it always loads up the steam screen which says preparing to launch the game and then it takes me to buy now page on steam. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
