@laqci in iso file there is a crack file named as “RUNE”. Copy all the contents from RUNE folder and paste to installation directory and overwrite it.

Torrent and game are ok. The only way to fix it in your case is to jump off a window with your toaster running windows 7 in 2025.
The solution of Vortex works fine.
If you use Vortex, enter in loading order and click in reset plugin list. This action redoes the plugin loading list, placing them in their correct position and fixing the issue.

theres a folder in the mounted iso called RUNE, you just copy and past that into the Oblivion Game Directory and click “Yes” when it asks if you want to replace the files

Crack is usually on the ISO in a folder named after the crew. This is a releasy by RUNE, so check in the folder RUNE, copy everything to the game folder and overwrite if asked. If youre not overwriting, youre doing it wrong
