No install .exe was included, moving the files over manually corrupted the game.
@soulessginger, I figured out the fix; extract both files at the same time. They will extract into one folder and copy the contents from this folder into your games folder.
I don’t know, when open the new map, it goes blank white, no map anymore [the Batuu map]

How do I install this? It’s not like regular updates 🙁
How to install:
Extract both rar file at a same time
Then copy ‘Update’ folder to your game installation folder, replace the items if ‘replace bla bla’ dialog appear
Then copy Codex file to the ‘game’ folder, replace it
