type “echo %tmp%” and “echo %temp%”, go there and empty it out (mark path with mouse, copy, paste in explorer)
(in-use files will be locked, if unsure end all programs, delete, reboot, update)
@rune kindly cleanup after you (also what about some parallelisation? some files take forever and use almost no cpu/io – could do these concurrently…)

I deleted all in Temp folder, but still got this error, any ideas ? 🙁
Ok , im stupid 🙂 so install game, then install the 2 hotfixes, then clean the Temp folder, then reboot, then clean temp again and install the 9.00 update , it works , thanks !
