If that helps, i had your same problem, just reinstalled the game, deleted the .streamb file corrupted and applyed the fix. Works like a charm now.
If it still persist, check in the .ini file if the dlc is enabled too. Most games got this problem.

Quand je vois les commentaires….
Pour jouer au DLC c’est pas compliqué, il suffit de reprendre sa partie en cours, et utiliser l’option Voyages dans votre journal pour retourner au Vatican. À partir de là, vous pourrez ensuite choisir le repère “A Mystery Begins” sur la carte . Dirigez-vous vers cet endroit et vous trouverez un prêtre qui se dispute avec un perroquet. Vous aurez besoin de votre costume de curé pour lui parler, mais cela fera débuter le DLC de l’Ordre des Géants.
je sais comment ont lance le DLC mais ma Save de décembre ne fonctionne pas ça me met sauvegarde corrompu ou endommagé et je n’ai pas envi de refaire les 2-3 heures de jeux jusqu’au Vatican… si tu veux me prêter ta save en privé peux être? plz 😉

The game automatically found old saves and start in italian for normal game….menu…voice…text
But, when start dlc story, the characters move their lips but you can’t hear anything… not even the subtitles.
